Partnership

Over the years, churches have kept membership rolls, held membership classes, and discussed the importance of church membership. Church membership signifies a Christian connecting, serving, and developing close fellowship (Acts 2:42) and living missional lives with a local body of believers. At Vertical, we choose to call our members partners. Partnership comes from the Greek word κοινωνία. Kοινωνία defined as fellowship, communion in participation, and a close relationship.
